Dr. Rand Paul to Ask Senate to Unanimously Pass Resolution Protecting Senate Pages from Unscientific COVID-19 Mandates
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) will ask the Senate to unanimously pass his resolution protecting Senate Pages from the imposition of vaccination, testing, and masking requirements related to COVID-19, especially given the myriad of studies showing that for young and healthy people the risks posed by the vaccine are greater than the risks posed by COVID-19. Multiple scientific studies have shown a heightened risk of myocarditis for children and teenagers after taking an mRNA COVID vaccine. Furthermore, there is consensus that the vaccines do not stop transmission of COVID-19.
